Born, raised, and educated in the culinary arts in Puerto Rico, and brings a love and passion for the food of her Hispanic heritage.

In her wide range of talent and experience, she has cultivated a love for the Asian culture and cuisine. Her love of food has morphed into a deep interest in how food nourishes both body and soul. This desire to know more about food and nutrition has pushed her to investigate and master special needs diets including gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian. Additionally, the science behind baking and pastries ignites both passion and serenity for her. Her multi-cultural interests and culinary degree combine to create a beautiful balance in the kitchen, and offer a unique and delicious meal time experience.
