"The sauteed eggplant and zucchini was awesome! The eggplant was still a little firm, so when I reheated it, I roasted it in the oven at 425 until it became caramelized, and it was just like eating it freshly cooked! Your ability to judge just where it needed to be for perfect reheating was impressive! The flavor was perfect, seasoned very well, and the texture was excellent. The Turkish meatballs, herbed potatoes, and turmeric tahini sauce are just delicious; my husband kept commenting about how much he enjoyed everything. Your hard work and attention to detail really come through in the finished product. Thank you Chef Arif!"

"We had the mushroom and onion stuffed chicken, middle eastern rice pilaf with chickpeas and kale with agrodolce last night, it was excellent! My husband does not usually like chicken breast, and there was not one complaint, even though I accidentally dried it out a bit when reheating! He mentioned twice that he liked the crispy skin! My 2-year-old daughter liked the garlic lemon turmeric tahini sauce so much, that she grabbed it drank it out straight out of the bowl! You know it’s good food when the kids like it too! Amazing job, Chef!”
