Depending on the nature of a professional nutrition or lactation service and how it is administered, certain information may be governed by a separate professional-services privacy notice, health-records policy, authorization, consent, or Notice of Privacy Practices. When that occurs, the more specific notice will govern the applicable professional records.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy should be interpreted as a representation that every service provided by My Chef Shirley is subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, commonly known as HIPAA. HIPAA applies only when its legal requirements are met.
